When Taseer Badar founded ZT Baseball in 2017, it began with a simple love for the game and a desire to help young athletes grow. But as the teams grew, so did something else: a realization that too many talented kids were being left behind – not because they lacked passion or potential, but because their families couldn’t afford the raising costs of competitive sports.
That’s when ZT Baseball Foundation was born – with one clear purpose: to remove barriers and open doors.
What started as a baseball program quickly became a mission to empower youth far beyond the field. Today, the foundation provides financial support for the uniforms, equipment, tournament fees, travel, and access to the top tier coaching and facilities. But the impact reaches much further.
We’re not just building athletes – we are building young people of character. Kids who learn discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Kids who walk taller, believe deeper, and carry those values into every part of their lives.
To date, we have helped over 1,000 young athletes chase their dreams – and discover new ones. And while baseball is the heart of what we do, the real win is seeing these kids grow into confident, capable individuals who believe their own potential.
Because this isn’t about a sport. It is about showing every child – regardless of where they come from – that they matter, they belong, and they have something great to give the world.
